About Anthony Kaake, RMT, DO
Tony attended the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy
in NewMarket, Ontario and graduated with his certification as
a Registered Massage Therapist in 1998. Tony continues to be
a registered member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario.
In 2002 Tony was accepted to participate in a comprehensive,
clinically based program offered by The Osteopathic College of
Ontario in conjunction with the Osteopathic Health & Wellness
Institute (OHWI). This was an intensive program taught by Dr.
Steven Sanet, an American Osteopathic physician and world renowned
lecturer and founder of OHWI. He completed this program in Osteopathy
in 2006 and has received his Diploma in Osteopathic Manipulative
Theory & Practice and is currently involved with facilitating
this course. Using a multidisciplinary approach, Tony strives
to provide his clients with optimal treatment and care that will
promote their health and well-being.
Tony has been self-employed since 1999 when he began his practise
in Port Elgin. Tony is a collaborative partner in opening the
Maple Shores Health Centre in Port Elgin in October 2007.
Tony currently resides in Port Elgin with his wife, Alicia and
their two Siberian Huskies, Dakota and Yukon, both of whom keep
them very busy and active. He enjoys family time, the beach,
the fall and playing hockey for the Kaake’s Krawler’s Old Timers
hockey team.
